Rowena's career spans an impressive range of public and private sector accomplishments. Her fast-paced journey through communications and marketing includes heading up communications for a U.S. Congressional Campaign, serving as Director of Communications for the City of Bridgeport reporting directly to the Mayor, and directing comms for municipal elections.
She has led local and state-level digital initiatives, events, and sponsorships for regional media outlets — and brings the same strategic intensity to every client engagement at The Marketing Row.
Beyond her professional work, Rowena is deeply invested in her community. She is a former Board Member of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council (BRBC), former President of the WICC Holiday Fund for Children, and currently an active Board Member of Western CT Tourism serving on the Marketing Committee.
Outside of work, Rowena enjoys tending her garden, dreaming up bold creative ideas that inspire conversation and action, and spending time at the beach.
Even though she's young, Alexa brings over a decade of content creation experience to the table — and yes, she started early (shoutout Vine!). A proud UConn graduate with a degree in Communication, she pairs sharp academic credentials with fresh ideas that keep brands consistently ahead of the curve.
